How to Print Mail Documents by Mail

When you are sending a package using the Royal Mail, you can choose between several different options for print documents. The most common option is to print an A4 Integrated Label and Despatch Note, which contains a shipping label and a customer invoice. Then, you can print these documents on your office or home printer. This option has several benefits, but you should consider your specific requirements before selecting this option. In some cases, it may be more cost-effective to use a different printing method.



Royal Mail Click & Drop enables you to integrate your business with your preferred sales channels, including eBay, Amazon, Magento, Shopify, and Etsy. You can even integrate your website with Etsy or eBay and have orders downloaded to your Click & Drop account automatically. Once the process is complete, you can download your printed documents directly from eBay or Etsy. Once the documents are ready, you can start shipping and tracking your products and services.


For international customers, it is important to note that Royal Mail will no longer accept some items. This is a result of a number of factors, including the size and weight of the items being sent. While you may not be able to receive some items from overseas, you may be able to arrange to have them picked up by Royal Mail. If you have more than five items, you can arrange to collect them to save on postage.
